Lessons in Teamwork, Resilience, and Growth – Pt 1/2
Like many kids growing up in Berlin, I was captivated by the game and wanted to make it my career. As a young teenager, I was scouted and moved to Borussia Dortmund to chase that dream.
Playing for Borussia Dortmund was a defining chapter of my life, even though I never turned pro. Looking back, it was also one of the most important learning experiences of my life.
Lessons in Teamwork, Resilience, and Growth – Pt 2/2
Football taught me valuable lessons that still guide me today:
Taking Criticism as Feedback: On the field, criticism wasn’t personal, it was a tool to improve. I learned how to embrace it and grow from it.
Understanding Teamwork: Real teamwork isn’t just about showing up; it’s about trust, shared goals, and supporting each other, even under pressure.
Finding Individual Solutions: Even in a team sport, some challenges can only be solved by you. I learned to rely on my instincts and creativity when needed.
Current Weekend Projects
I am always eager to learn about new topics and enhance my existing knowledge. I have invested a lot of time in deepening my skills with tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs, and more. As a result, I successfully created an AI-assisted platform for therapists. One is already live and running.
Currently, I am focused on getting my “Risk Management Professional (RMP)” Certification and enhancing my knowledge of Machine Learning (Python, Sci-kit Learn etc.)

Why I’m no longer on LinkedIn
I deactivated my LinkedIn profile because I have never seen any value in social networks for me, either in a personal or professional context.
My focus is on direct, personal interactions and developing projects with people I connect with through my personal network. That’s why I have deliberately chosen to maintain my online presence outside of social networks.
